PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the surface accuracy of a molded product by uniformizing the mold inner pressure at the time of molding in a molding method in which a plastic matrix is inserted into a mold and the mold is heated and cooled to manufacture a final molded product. SOLUTION: The shape of a final molded product is different from the shape of a plastic matrix. The dimensions of a section A and a section C of high density in a plastic matrix 11 as shown in Fig, (a) are formed smaller than the dimensions of a section A1 and a section C1 corresponding to the above high density sections of a final molded product 12 shown in Fig. (b). Namely the dimensions of the section A and the section C of high density are formed smaller than the dimension of a section B of low density in the matrix 11, while the dimensions of the section A1 - the section C1 are formed same in the final molded product 12. As a result, the deterioration of accuracy on both ends of high pressure is improved in the final molded product, and the PV value of the molded product is lowered. |
