The present invention makes it possible to control the noodle quantity for one meal by keeping the feed quantities of flour and kneading water for unit time constant and changing the feed time of them. Therefore, the noodle quantity for one meal can automatically and easily be changed and the mixing condition can be stabilized by keeping the quantities of flour and kneading water to be fed to the mixer constant without separately adjusting the feed quantity of flour and that of kneading water.
