PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal use of a portable telephone set, even in the case that a vehicle is stolen while a portable telephone set is connected to the hands- free system by detecting an incoming call to the portable telephone set to generate a call tone, picking up a voice raised in a cabin in the case of a speech, sending a speech voice from an opposite party and controlling the portable telephone set, a microphone and a speaker with key operations. SOLUTION: A control means 22 controls each section, in response to a control code signal outputted from a portable telephone set HT via a communication means 20 and controls a speaker 6 and a microphone 8 to pick up and to transmit a voice in the case of a speech. Furthermore, a control code in response to an operation key is outputted to the portable telephone set HT responding to the operation key via the communication means 20, in the case of operating the operation key 7 to control it to be in a prescribed operating state. A keyless entry system 21 discriminates whether or not an entered keyless signal matches with a registration code, and when matching, a door operation in response to a door open/close state and lock/unlock of a dial of the portable telephone set HT are conducted. |
