PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the key release speed of a keyboard musical instrument from playing information. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a related information memory means 10a which stores the related information indicating the relation between the key release speed and touch elements (pitch, stringing speed, stringing timing, key release timing, etc.) exclusive of the key release speed and a key release speed estimating means 10b which estimates the key release speed in accordance with the touch elements in the playing information not including the key release speed and the related information stored by the related information memory means 10a. The playing information itself is changed in accordance with the key release speed (estimated key release speed) estimated by the key release speed estimating means 10b or the value of the driving instruction signal supplied to a driving means 13 is changed in accordance with the playing information. |
