PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recorder in which ink liquid is jetted without fail by preventing the channel of ink liquid from being choked by a bubble generated in a duct coupling an ink cartridge and a print head thereby ensuring a good channel. SOLUTION: A first filter 49 provided in a coupling duct 55 on the print head 23 side has an effective area of about 3 mm<2> , the distance between the first filter 49 and a second filter 53 in the coupling duct 55 is about 2 mm or longer, the volume in the coupling duct 55 between the first filter 49 and the second filter 53 provided in the coupling duct 55 on the ink cartridge 25 side is about 8 mm<3> or above and the second filter 53 has an effective area larger than that of the first filter 49. According to the structure, the channel of ink liquid is prevented from being choked by a bubble generated in the coupling duct 55. |
