PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately carry the fixed amount of a material to be molded by an intermittently carrying belt conveyor and to efficiently perform molding or the like without loss. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a supply mechanism A for compressing and supplying the material F to be molded and the intermittently carrying belt conveyor B disposed at the lower part of the supply mechanism A for intermittently carrying the separately supplied fixed amount of the material to be molded to a molding mechanism E. Then, between the supply mechanism A and the intermittently carrying belt conveyor B, the division helping mechanism C of the planar material F1 to be molded provided with a pair of two upper shutters 9 arranged freely openably and closably leaving the interval of a small width symmetrically in left and right directions on both left and right sides of the lower part of the supply mechanism A and the division molding mechanism D of the planar material to be molded provided with a pair of lower shutters 14 arranged freely openably and closably symmetrically in the left and right directions and freely vertically movably on both left and right sides vertically to a recessed part for compressing and clamping the fixed amount of the material to be molded with an opposing surface are provided. |
