PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a hot-melt discharging time of a resin core from a hollow body by incorporating metal powder or granule in the core. SOLUTION: A material of a resin core is, for example, polyethylene, and a hollow body is nylon 66. And, metal powder or granule are contained in the core. If a content of the metal is excessively small, thermal conductivity and specific gravity of the core are lowered, and hence hot-melt discharging time shortening or the core is impossible. If it is excessively large, viscosity of the core at the time of hot-melt is increase, the core is easily retained in an inner wall of the body to disturb the discharging of the overall core. Here, as the metal contained in the core, metal in which the core is rapidly hot-melted by induction heating or heating by heating medium and specific gravity of the core is enhanced such as, for example, copper or iron is used. Thus, the hot-melt discharging time of the core from the hollow body having the core is shortened, thereby manufacturing the hollow body having high productivity. |
