PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a natural stone-like decorative surface having a high grade feeling by a method wherein the spredability of a colored kneaded mater, which mainly consists of cement aggregates and coloring material and charged in lumps in a form, is set to be larger than a base material kneaded matter, which mainly consists of cement, aggregates and reinforcing fibers, under the condition that the base material kneaded matter is extended on the colored kneaded matter over the whole form surface in the form. SOLUTION: In a form having an unevenly patterned form surface 2, lump-like colored kneaded matter lumps 3, 4 and 5 are charged scatteringly and then a base material kneaded matter 6 is charged all over on the lumps. Then, by placing the resulting form on a shaking table 7, vibration is given to the form 1 with a vibrator so as to smoothly extend the base material kneaded matter 6 all over the form surface 2. Since the spreadability of the colored kneaded matter lumps 3, 4 and 5 is larger than that of the base material kneaded matter 6 through vibration, the environments of the colored kneaded matter lumps 3, 4 and 5 mix with the base material kneaded matter 6 and form graded portions. Further, through vibration, the kneaded matters 3, 4, 5 and 6 infiltrated in the fine uneven pattern of the form surface 2 so as to precisely transfer the uneven pattern to the surface of a slab material, resulting in realizing a building slab material, which has a high grade feeling and a surface external appearance similar to that of a natural stone or of a burned brick. |
