PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an masking ability, and indicate an color impression changed through a glossy visual sense by being formed of at least two cholesteric liquid crystal polymer layers and a photoabsorption layer provided therebetween. SOLUTION: This laminate needs to have a photoabsorption layer for forming an intermediate layer of at least a three-layered structure. The intermediate layer is coated by cholesteric liquid crystal polymer layers in its both surfaces. Polymer used for forming such cholesteric crystal polymer layers is a polymer gauze matter having an uncrosslinked polymer or cholesteric liquid crystal phase. for preferable polymer for forming liquid crystal polymers, there is given matter containing phenyl acryloyloxyalkoxybenzoates as an achiral component in particular and cholesteric acryloyxy benzoic acids as a chiral component and cholesteric principal chain polymer.
