The toe caps (1'.1''), to be inserted into footwear, are of a plastics material for safety and protection using organic and/or mineral fibres embedded in a thermoplastic or heat setting resin. The left and right toe caps (1',1'') are produced simultaneously, in a mirror image symmetry, held together at contour points (2'.2'') which also give mounting points within the footwear. They are shaped in a single mould, structured for the structures of the toe caps (1'.1''), and they are separated at their contour junction points (2',2''). |
