PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for reutilizing a paper to be recorded by which the paper to be recorded can be efficiently reutilized at a low cost by utilizing a sensor converting the image information of a document to an electric signal and the function for carrying the paper for an automatic document feeder. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a means for generating a signal expressing whether the paper loaded on an ADF 4 is the document or the paper to be recorded, a carrying means for carrying the paper for recording carried by the ADF 4 to a paper feeding device 3, and a means 5 for recognizing whether the paper surface of the paper for recording carried by the ADF 4 is blank or not based on image information from the sensor 21 with respect to the paper to be recorded by the signal from the signal generating means, and carrying the paper to be recorded carried by the ADF 4 to the carrying means to the device 3 when the paper surface of the paper to be recorded is blank. |
