The invention relates to an encapsulated product with pharmacological activity, to detect alkali pH in vivo of urease produced by Helicobacter pilori in stomach superior part, prepared based on mixtures separated from reagents, reagent 1 being a mixture of di-bromine thymolsulfonthallein, buffer and sucrose dense granules; and a second reagent of a mixture of phenol sulfonthallein, buffer and sucrose dense granules and urea modified with carbon 14, and to a procedure to prepare such urease identification pharmaceutical product.
