The invention refers to a complex constructional system for sealing and transporting batteries, which can be easily dismantled in order to recover and recycle the elements of such batteries, and has a large application range in industry, transportation and the defence industry. According to the invention, the constructional system is made up of a cover (2) that has orifices for terminals (6) and other orifices (8) in which plugs are introduced, a container (1), a system (2) for fixing the cover onto the container (1), and two side handles (9). The handle (9) is fixed onto the container (1) by means of a profiled piece (11) which is made out of the same material as the container (1) and can be obtained by casting, at the same time as the container (1), or can be manufactured separately and then attached onto the side wall of the container (1), using an adhesive. A pin (12) passes through the hole made longitudinally in the profiled piece (11). The handle (9), which has two crown nuts (10) at both ends, each secured by a splint (17), is fixed to the pin (12) and has a protection sleeve (14) at its upper end. The cover (4) is attached to the container (1) by means of eyelets (4.1, 4.2) located on the cover (2), which allow the eyelet (3) of the container to fit in between them. The cover is locked in place by inserting a pin (5.1) in the eyelets (4.1, 3, 4.2), which pushes another pin (5.2) until the latter completely enters the second eyelet (4.2) of the cover (2). |
