PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to maintain excellent adhesive power under any environment by forming at least one surface of a synthetic resin film to an adhesive treated surface and forming an inorg. matter layer consisting of an inorg. material on the surface. SOLUTION: This antireflection film is constituted by forming the one surface of, for example, the synthetic resin film 2 to the adhesive treated surface 2 and forming the inorg. matter layer 3 on the adhesive treated surface 2. The adhesive treatment for forming the one surface of the synthetic resin film 1 to the adhesive treated surface 2 is preferably a treatment to prevent the coloring of the synthetic resin film 1, for which treatments, such as sputter etching treatment, UV irradiation treatment, corona treatment, plasma treatment, etc., are used. Above all, the sputter etching treatment and low-pressure UV irradiation treatment are more preferable in that the good adhesiveness between the synthetic resin film 1 and the inorg. matter layer 3 may be embodied. The inorg. matter layer 3 formed on the adhesive treated surface 2 consists of the inorg. materials, such as SiO2 , ZrO2 , TiO2 and Al2 O3 . |
