PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater device for a lamp of a vehicle capable of efficiently heating a glass lens with uneven surface without spoiling luminous intensity distribution, and avoiding decrease of illuminance of a head lamp beforehand. SOLUTION: A heating sheet 7 is stuck onto a position around a discharge lamp 5 behind a glass lens 6 in a combination head lamp 3 of a truck and not to damage a luminous intensity distribution thereof. When a temperature detecting sensor detects a temperature of a specified level preliminarily set at which ice or snow sticks to the glass lens 6, the heating sheet 7 is supplied with an electric current to warm the glass lens 6.
