FIELD: heat insulation. SUBSTANCE: flexible gasket may be used as heat-reflecting screen and as heat removal. Gasket has heat-insulating and heat-removing sections. It contains great number of layers of metal foil which form pile, layers positioned one upon the other. Pile has at least one heat-removing and one heat-insulating sections. Layers ensure better thermal conductivity in vertical direction in heat-removing section than in heat-insulating section. At least one of layers has great number of convexities which separate one layer from another adjacent layer in heat-insulating section. Gasket may have one insulating section surrounded by heat-removing section. Black coating may be applied on selected parts of layers to improve heat radiating characteristics of gasket.
