PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a device to perform a rapid turn even by a small operating amount of a steering handle, and so as to facilitate handle operation when the turn is ended. SOLUTION: A steering device for a work vehicle has an artificially operated steering operating part, steering wheel steered based on operation of the steering operating part, and a change means (power steering flow regulating valve) changing steering of the steering wheel relating to operation of the steering operating part. Here, in the case of actuating the change means during a process steering the steering wheel from a neutral position to any of the right/left, by a process of N→A→B→C steering the steering wheel and a process D→E→F→N returning the steering wheel from a steering position to a neutral position, a mutual relation between a steering position of the steering operating part of a steering angle of the steering wheel is made different. |
