<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method for synthetic resin material by which sufficient strength of a welding part is obtained even in welding of resin molding parts obtained by using noncompatible resin alloy. SOLUTION: Respective welding parts 12, 13 are integrally formed in resin molding parts 10, 11. The molding parts 12, 13 are formed of the same synthetic resin material as the base material part of the resin molding parts 10, 11. Forming temperature used at time for forming the resin molding parts 10, 11 is sufficiently higher than temperature at time for welding the welding parts 12, 13 formed integrally therewith, namely, melting points of the welding parts 12, 13. Therefor, the welding parts 12, 13 keep sufficient strength joining to the resin molding parts 10, 11 in the interfaces 15. The welding parts 12, 13 are melted by rubbing the joining part 14 by ultrasonic wave or vibration to heat it and welded and thereafter a bonding part 16 is formed. The melting parts 12, 13 are melted by unification using the same synthetic resin material and thereafter keep sufficient strength in the bonding part 16.</p> |
