PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonly use the same video information in plural pieces of music and to record more pieces of music on a recording medium by time sequentially recording audio information and sub-video information by plural pieces of music in a set with a story of video information. SOLUTION: Video streams (video information) by eight stories, audio streams (audio information) of maximum eight series at every story and sub-picture streams (sub-video signal) of maximum 32 series are recorded time sequentially on an optical disk 13. The video streams consist of the image data coding a video signal by an MPEG 2 system to show a series of background videos separately at every story. The audio streams consist of the audio data by eight channels per a series to show accompaniment audios. The sub-picture streams consist of the data of a bit map format to show videos such as lyrics, etc. The audio information and sub-video information by eight pieces of music per one story of video information are recorded on this optical disk 13. |
