<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture flat harness in which electric wires are in tight attachment with no voids generated. SOLUTION: A harness body 15 is configured so that a plurality of electric wires 14 are laid in a plane with no voids generated, and the two sides of the body 15 in the axial direction are supported by flat aligning members 11 and 12, at least one of which 12 is moved in the axial direction of the harness body 15 to give a tension to the body 15, and in this condition, the body 15 is enwrapped with a flexible sheet 31 which has been subjected to application of a hot melt bonding agent, and then pinched by an upper die 27 and lower die 30 of a hot press machine 13 to undergo a heating process so that the sheet 31 and body 15 are joined to each other. With movement of the flat aligning members 12, a tension is applied to the electric wires 14, which can thus be put in the tight laid condition without no voids generated.</p> |
