PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily inspect sealing performance of a sealed portion of an electrolytic capacitor. SOLUTION: An electrolytic capacitor and more 12 are temporarily anchored on an anchor block 15 so that sealed portions 13 point downward, and are placed in a closed space 22, and then the presence or absence of driving electrolytic solution E leaked out of the capacitors 12 is visually checked while air is purged from the closed space 22 to make the pressure in the closed space 22 to be negative, thus GO and NO-GO can be discriminated from each other. Also in a case where a sheet flake 18 changing its color in response to the driving electrolytic solution E is put on the upper surface of the anchor block 15, visual check of a change in color of the sheet flake 18 enables defective items to be identified. |
