PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply specify a position of a radio communication terminal by storing identification information of a relay base station, location information and identification information of a radio communication terminal equipment within a reception area with cross reference. SOLUTION: In the case that an IP number of a radio communication terminal mounted on a vehicle 20 being an object for position detection is received by the operation management system 30, a terminal ID input section inquires about the ID of a mobile communication network 10. When a mobile terminal service control station SC sends a base station ID based on the inquiry, a terminal position measurement section retrieves a terminal position information storage section. The terminal position information storage section retrieves position information of a corresponding public base station H on a map and a coverage being a radius of a communication available area from a table by using the base station ID as a key. Thus, the operation management system 30 makes acquisition of position information of the vehicle 20 complete. |
