Sheets each having an indicator composition layer usable as a chemical indicator particularly in hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization; and packaging bags made with the use thereof. The composition layer contains colorants capable of undergoing a color change when coming into contact with a hydrogen peroxide vapor or a plasma originating in hydrogen peroxide and specified organic amine compounds.
