PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a heart work at a selected level to enable to be tensed without moving a body, by monitoring a response level of a mammal animal and varying injection of an exercise simulation agonist(ESA) corresponding to the amount required to keep the response level. SOLUTION: This system is to monitor physical factors (cardiac rate, blood pressure, irregular pulse, ischemia), to determine a dosage of ESATMβ-agonist, and to determine and automatically adjust a dosage of ESATMβ-agonist by a closed system delivery system comprising a microprocessor connected with a physiological monitor sensor and an iontophoresis delivery device (connected to a patient) and software. That is, the microprocessor 1 controls the amount of a drug originated from a drug storage positioned in an electrode 3a (the other electrode is an indifferent electrode 3b) supplied by a current ratio supplied from a signal driver device 4, that is by a percutaneous iontophoresis device 3.
