PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of dried bonito flakes which can make a high quality dried bonito flakes only by furnishing a temperature control means to a cutter disk and maintaining it at an adequate temperature. SOLUTION: To a cutter disk 1 where the temperature is raised by the frictional heat with a material dried bonito 6, a temperature control means A to maintain the temperature not rising more than an adequate value is installed. To the cutter disk 1, a vacuum chamber or tube 7 is provided from the outer periphery side to the center, an adequate amount of liquid is sealed to the chamber or the tube 7, the sealed liquid is moved to the outer periphery side by the centrifugal force by rotating the cutter disk 1, the heat in the cutter disk 1 is sucked, and the evaporated liquid by the heat suction is led to the center side of the cutter disk 1, and it is radiated to a heat radiator member 8. Or in the other way, a chamber or a tube of a coolant is provided to the cutter disk 1 from the outer periphery side to the center, and the inner end and the outer end of the chamber or the tube are communicated to a passage to input and output the coolant, so as to carry out the suction of the heat from the cutter disk 1 to let flow the coolant into the chamber or the tube, and the discharge to the outer side. |
