PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean an inking device within a short time with a little waste ink quantity. SOLUTION: The ink amt. adjusting element 3 of the ink zone of an ink fountain 4 is closed and a printing press is succeedingly driven to clean the inking device 1 of a printing press 2. In this case, the inking arrangement 1 is succeedingly driven for the purpose of the return feed of ink to the ink fountain 4 and, at this time, an ink ductor roller 5 is succeedingly driven between an ink fountain roller 6 and an ink distributing roller 7 and, after this ink return feed, the inking device 1 is usually cleaned for the first time. |
