Macroporous support for tangential filtration which incorporates a permeability gradient in the direction of flow of the fluid to be treated. Also claimed is the method of preparation of the support associated with a filtration layer and use of the prepared membrane filter. Preferably, the external surface has an impregnated zone (3).
