PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an agricultural multi-layer film of little lowering of fog resistance keeping properties with time and superior dust-proofness and toughness. SOLUTION: An agricultural multi-layer film is formed by laminating an outer layer formed by copolymerizing ethylene with 4-12 Cα-olefin and composed of an ethylene and anα-olefin copolymer A having the density of 0.925-0.940 g/cm<3> and the melt flow rate of 0.1-10 g/ 10 minutes, an intermediate layer composed of a saponified ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer B having the ethylene content of 20-70 molar % and saponification degree of 70% or more and an anti-fogging molar % and an anti-fogging agent C and an inner layer formed by copolymerizing ethylene with 4-12 Cα-olefin and composed of an ethylene and anα-olefin copolymer D having the density of 0.905-0.930 g/cm<3> and the melt flow rate of 0.1-10 g/10 minutes and an anti-fogging agent C. The relation between the density dA of the copolymer A and the density dD of the copolymer D satisfies dA>=dD. High pressure low density polyethylene can be contained in the outer layer and the inner layer.
