PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient transaction system by handling information needed for transaction at one place. SOLUTION: A center site 10 which intervenes in transaction carried out in a network 70 is provided. The center site 10 has an open supply information data base 150 which stores open supply information received from membership sites 20 to 50 connected to the network 70 and opens it to the respective sites and a notarization data base 130 which holds contract contents based upon dealings among the sites. The center site 10 accepts an application for dealings from a dealings opposite site based upon the open supply information and informs an information providing source site of it. Further, the center site intervenes in the dealings between the information providing source site and dealings opposite site, follows a notarizing procedure for contact contents made as a result of the dealings, and stores them in a notarization data base 130. |
