PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely improve impact resistance by sequentially laminating protective layers constituted by any of glass fiber mat, polyester nonwoven fabric or polyester cloth and either polyester or urethane elastomer. SOLUTION: A primer layer 2 coated and cured in a range of 30 to 200μm of a thickness is formed on an outer surface of a steel pipe pile 1, and an urethane elastomer layer 3 having a thickness of 1 to 10 mm is laminated on its outer surface. And, the outer surface is sequentially coated with protective layers 3 made of any of glass fiber mat, polyester nonwoven fabric and polyester cloth and either polyester or urethane elastomer. In the layer 4, mixing weight of the glass fiber with total weight of the mat, polyester or urethane elastomer is 5 to 50 wt.%, and the number of windings of the nonwoven fabric or cloth is once or more, and a thickness of the layer 4 is preferably 1 mm or more. |
