PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam type motion change device whereby output rotation of a turret relating to input rotation of a cam forming unit be accelerated by forming a prescribed cam shape in an internal peripheral part of the annularly formed cam forming unit, and engaging a cam follower of the turret with the internal peripheral part of this annularly cam forming unit. SOLUTION: In an internal peripheral part of a cam forming unit 12, first/ second cam parts 28, 30 are formed in parallel to each other with a prescribed spaceαprovided in the direction of a center axis C1. Between the first/second cam parts 28, 30, a turret 14 capable of rotating on its own axis is arranged, a first cam follower 32 provided on one side 14a of the turret 14 is with the first cam part 28, also a second cam follower 34 provided on the other side 14b of the turret 14 is engaged with the second cam part 30. A first/second protruded part respectively formed in the first/second cam parts 28, 30 is arranged so as to have correlation to each other.
