摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for facilitating maintenance and management for always maintaining a level of filler material constantly in cooperation with a charging apparatus even when melting ability is variable by oxygen enrichment by effectively sensing a charging level of the material, displaying it, sending a shelf hanger at the time of hanging the shelf in a vertical rapid melting furnace. SOLUTION: In the vertical rapid melting furnace 1, a pressure in the furnace is detected from a pressure take-out port 2 provided at a position C of predetermined lower X from a full level A of filler material, and sent to a differential pressure oscillator 3 to detect a differential pressure form the atmospheric pressure 4. This differential pressure is converted into a current signal, indicated by a material level indicator 5 to a full level H of charging state of the material in the furnace. Thus, charging level L lowered by a predetermined amount is displayed, and state of the material in the furnace is sequentially indicated.
