PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a ferroelectric fine particle of specified form and dimension in the same liquid solution, by mixing a binder into a raw material to advance a sol-gel reaction, in a manufacture of a ferroelectric element in a sol-gel process with metal alkoxide as a main raw material. SOLUTION: Polyvinyl butyral(PVB) is dissolved in butanol by 25% of concentration. This liquid solution is mixed into PZT precursor liquid solution. By sufficiently stirring after mixing, PVB is coordinated in PZT, and a network of PZT in the precursor liquid solution is strengthened. By coordination of PVB, solubility of PZT changes, and PZT starts deposition and coherence depending on molecular weight of PVB and quantity of solvent in a system, and spherical fine particles of uniform grain diameter are grown. By advancing a sol-gel reaction, ferroelectric fine particles of specified form and dimension are generated in the same solution. |
