Coating material for emitting surfaces for the production of electromagnetic waves, forming electrical dipoles, comprises: (A) 55-65% of a basic substance comprising: (i) 39-49% binder comprising 64-79% distilled water, 4-6% sulphonated oil, 0.16-0.24% phenol, 15-19% casein, 0.8-1.2% urea, 2-3% thinner and 2.5-3.5% caprolactam.; (ii)18-23% isolation agent; (iii) 18-24% dispersant; and (iv)12-16% distilled water; and (B) graphite. Also claimed is the preparation of the coating material comprising preparing the binder and basic substance separately by mixing the components and finally mixing them together.
