PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having a uniform thickness by reducing oxbow phenomenon which occurs in the width direction of the film. SOLUTION: Three rolls 1 (R3-R5) are disposed so as to be symmetrical with each other with respect to a point, and a generator of the roll 1 has irregular heights which are nearly equal with respect to a base line G toward the opposite ends from a base point P being the center in the axial direction, and the diameter of the roll has an S-shaped roll crown composed of a loose concave curve E and a CONVEX curve F, and further the rolls R4, R5 on the downstream side of three rolls R3-R5 can be shifted from each other in the axially opposite directions, and hence roll gaps Z1, Z2 can be adjusted. |
