PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident for staining clothing with ink by releasing a locking protrusion from a locking step at the time of rising a ball of a clip outside from a barrel surface to retract a cam cylinder, and retracting a writing tip into a barrel. SOLUTION: When a writing implement is intended to be attached to a breast pocket even in the state that the writing tip is projected from a tip hole 21, since an attaching step 32 of ball 30 of a clip is locked to a locking protrusion 36 of a cam cylinder 35, use of the clip of disturbed to prevent locking to the pocket. And, when it is forced attached to the pocket, the locking state of the step 32 of the ball 30 of the clip to the protrusion 36 of the cylinder 35 is disengaged, and hence a ballpoint pen writing implement 1 is forced retracted by a recording force of a return spring 43, and the writing tip is retracted in a barrel 20. |
