<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the appearance of a lamp when it is turned off. SOLUTION: Reflecting surfaces 6, 7 are colored yellow of a similar shade to the yellow of a colored cap 8. As a result, since the yellow of the colored cap 8 and the yellow of the reflecting surfaces 6, 7 colored are of similar shades, their canceling effect can reduce the eyeball action and the reflection-induced shadow increasing action of the colored cap 8. Also, the reflecting surfaces 6, 7 are colored violet and green of tones that are opposite colors to the yellow of the colored cap 8. As a result, since the yellow of the colored cap 8 and the violet and green of the colored reflecting surfaces 6, 7 are tones of opposite colors, the eyeball action and the reflection-induced shadow increasing action of the colored cap 8 can be reduced by the effects of complementary colors. Thus, the appearance of a lamp is enhanced when it is turned off.</p> |
