PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a fact to whether damping force to be generated by a damper is made into being appropriate or not checkable, thereby making improvements of safety. SOLUTION: Those of detected acceleration and speed to be secured each by an acceleration sensor 13 and a speed sensor 14 in time of traveling on the specified spot, are inputted into a controller, and then a fact of whether spot acceleration dataα1 based on the detected acceleration are entered in the range of a normal data lower limited valueα0 and a normal data upper limited valueα2 corresponding to the detected speed out of the stored data of a prerequested speed-acceleration storage part 20 or not is judged. Accordingly, whether a damper 12 is controlled on the basis of acceleration being produced in time of the specified speed at the specified spot or not, and also whether damping force to be generated by this damper 12 is made into being appropriate or not, all are made checkable in this way.
