PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the insulation of electronic components inside a memory card and to secure performance of the memory card to be stably operated regardless of the using environment, by providing an insulating member of resin for resist or the like having electric insulation, between the internal electronic components. SOLUTION: This memory card is composed of a frame body 1, a circuit board 2, an exterior cover 3, an insulating member 4, a semiconductor memory 5, an external connector and a battery part. This insulating member 4 is directly formed on the internal side face of exterior cover 3 and provided between the internal electronic components. The frame body 1 is a resin frame provided with upper and lower opening parts, and the respective opening parts are adhered by an adhesive agent or the like so as to fit the metallic exterior cover 3 forming the circuit board 2 and the insulating member 4 along with inner grooves. As the insulating member 4, an insulating member composed of resin for resist and having an atomic ratio X of respective elements to C in P, S, N, Al, Mg, K and Ca contained in this resin of X<0.1 is used. |
