PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the use of radio telephone set on specified conditions by controlling possibility in the position registration of radio telephone set according to the permission conditions of position registration for each preset small scale specified area. SOLUTION: A radio line controller 1 stores specified area information as the permission conditions of position registration corresponding to a preset radio base station zone in a specified area information table 11b and when a position registration request is received from a radio telephone set 3, the position registration is accepted only when it is suitable for the specified area information. Concerning confirmation processing in position registration control, permission condition discriminating processing is performed when there is any idle channel. As for the permission condition discriminating processing, it is discriminated while referring to the specified area information table 11b in a storage part 11 whether the number or connected sets in a calling area is less than a permitted number or not and whether the current time is within a permitted time or not. When the number of connected sets is not less than the permitted number and when the current time is not within the permitted time, the refusal of position registration is transmitted to the radio base station, and confirmation processing is finished. |
