PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover a control part and its periphery and prevent raindrops and wind from invading its inside without requiring newly additional member by providing a control part adjusting a certain time set by a time setting part at a face seen at a device pad. SOLUTION: In a control part 3, a tip end face 3a of the control part 3 is exposed from a lower face of a bottom face member 1c and is disposed so as to be aligned with a lower face of the bottom face member 1c closing the lower face of the device 1. Blade pad connecting portions 4, 4, 4 are plugged into a plug blade insert of the pad and the whole device 1 is twisted, thereby permitting an automatic blinder to be connected to the pad. At this time, the lower face of the bottom face member 1c is closed by the pad with such connection. Therefore, the control part 3 and its periphery is covered by the pad, and the external raindrops never invades inside from the control part 3. |
