PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a positioning error of an optical instrument by arranging a holder which holds an optical constitutive element in a vertical position and contains a frame to support a support member to which the optical constitutive element is fixed, a table to hold the holder in a vertical position and a rack which supports the table and has a single groove in which a tab extends from the table on a bottom surface. SOLUTION: A holder 10 contains a frame 12 and a support member surrounded by the frame 12, and an optical element is supported by the support member. A pair of holes 12C are arranged in a base part 12B of the frame member 12 so that the frame 12 is vertically and firmly supported on a table 18. The table member 18 contains a smooth upper surface opposed to a bottom part of the frame 12 and a bottom surface having a tab part 18B having a dimension such as being fitted to a groove 12 between rails of a rack 20. An optical intercommunication network is arranged on the table 18. A main support structure 20 has the rails to form the groove 22 to which the tab part 18B of the table 18 can be fixed. |
