PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external preparation for preventing aging, having an aging-preventing effect higher than that of a conventional aging-preventing cosmetic, hardly being deteriorated under production of the preparation, and having high efficacy of a medicine. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation contains a component selected from rutin, quercetin, quercitrin, vitamin E, vitamin B, vitamin A, carcinoid, vitamin C, vitamin D, mannitol, erythorbic acid, histidine, tryptophan, tyrosine, methionine, crystine, thiotaurine, taurine, hypotaurine, glabridin, glabrene, liquiritin, isoliquiritin, glutathione, catechin, gallic acid, folic acids, phospholipid, yeast extract, seaweed extract, extract of bracket fungus of the genus Fomes, extract of shell membrane, and placenta extract, as a peroxynitrite inhibitor. The skin care preparation is obtained by formulating the peroxynitrite inhibitor in combination with one or more kinds of medicines selected from a bleaching agent, an antioxidant, an antiinflammatory agent, a cell-activating agent, a promoter of the circulation of the blood, a humectant, an antimicrobial agent, and an ultraviolet ray protective agent.
