PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the sampling data of time sequential data from signals for which the time sequential data are time sequentially transmitted by obtaining a time difference by subtracting a previous time value from the present time value of extracted reproduction specifying time data and detecting a value obtained by dividing a data interval indicated in interval information by the time difference as the sampling rate of the time sequential data. SOLUTION: A common isochronous packet CIP header extraction circuit 81 extracts a CIP header part and an SYT-INTERVAL extraction circuit 82 extracts the SYT-INTERVAL. An SYT extraction circuit 84 generates enable signals, supplies them to D latches 85 and 86 and supplies the extracted reproduction specifying time data SYT to the D latch 85. A subtractor 87 subtracts data SYT (n-1) from the reproduction specifying time data SYT (n) and performs supply to an arithmetic circuit 83 and the arithmetic circuit subtracts the previous time value from the present time value of the data SYT. The arithmetic circuit 83 subtracts the previous time value from the present time value of the data SYT and outputs an arithmetic result. |
