发明名称 FLUX RAW MATERIAL FOR SUBMERGED ARC WELDING
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good workability and high joint performance at front/rear of SR in narrow gap welding by fusing, solidifying, crushing the material consisting of the specified weight % of CaF2 , Al2 O3 , SiO2 , and CaO. SOLUTION: A material composition contains, by weight, 35-45% CaF2 , 15-25% Al2 O3 , 12-22% SiO2 , <=15% CaO. This material is melted, solidified, crushed to produce a flux for welding. Further, a particle size of the flux consists of preferably 10-30% <=500μm to >=75μm. Various mineral raw materials are blended to have the composition, after heated/melted, cooled/solidified, crushed, are granulated to a prescribed particle size constitution and are used. A slag fused at welding is easily floated by this flux, slag inclusion defect is not generated. Further, welding having a low diffusible hydrogen quantity is made possible.
