PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain manually stretched Japanese vermicelli (line noodles named Sohmen) with uniform color clearly showing color distinction with respect to the fine noodle being a final product. SOLUTION: This production includes the processes of using the fine noodle materials of plural different colors to form (C) belt-like dough respectively cut n a board (B) to a round string dough, rolling these round string dough in a horizontally arranged state to roll-form (D) to be one belt-like dough and forming (E) this to be the round string dough again. |
