An orifice coupling (e.g. an ostomy coupling) comprises a first bodyside coupling member (10), a second bagside coupling member (12) and a locking ring (14). One of the coupling members (10) carries a deflectable sealing strip (34); that coupling member consists of a structural outer part (36) of a relatively ha rd or firm plastics material, and an inner part (38) carrying the seal (34) and made o f a relatively soft or deformable plastics material. The two parts may be integrally moulded, for example by a 2-shot moulding process.
