摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the inherent resistance value of an Al electrode and attain good ohmic contact with a Si solar battery by containing Al powder, a resin having the NO2 group in molecules, and an organic solvent in a conductive paste used for forming the electrode. SOLUTION: Al powder, an organic vehicle containing an ethyl cellulose resin, and an organic vehicle containing a nitrocellulose resin as the resin having NO2 group in molecules are used. Most of the resin having the NO2 group is molecules is decomposed and burnt when an electrode is baked, however double bonding, bridging, and aromatization proceed due to elimination of the NO2 group in molecules in baking, an condensed graphite is finally left as a residue. When the temperature is further increased, the carbonized residue removes oxygen from Al grains which are conductive component in an electrode film in oxidation combustion. The oxide films on the surfaces of the Al grains are made thin by this reducing action, the Al grains are activated, and sintering is accelerated.
