PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch pipe joint that is adaptable to even such a large diametral one by making improvements in the sealing performance of a seat cap and a seal plug in this branch pipe joint. SOLUTION: This branch pipe joint 10 has a seal plug 26 built-in a branch pipe part 13 and also a seal cap 17 installed, and this seal plug 26 consists of a male screw 27 to be screwed in a female screw 21 of the branch pipe part 13, a tool engaging part 32 and seal packing 29, which the seal cap 17 is airtightly installed in a tip part circumference and a tip surface of the branch pipe part 13 respectively via two O-rings 19 and 24.
