摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor that indicates a high substrate specificity for glucose by setting a microbe germ body being contained in a microbe electrode as the dry germ body of the microbe containing glucose dehydrogenase as a membrane enzyme. SOLUTION: Pseudomonas fluorescence is used for a microbe containing glucose dehydrogenase as a membrane enzyme to prepare a dry germ body. Then, one edge of a gold electrode 1 being insulated and covered with an insulating member 6 except edge parts is covered with a polyester mesh 4. At the covered edge, a liquid where a proper amount of dry germ body of Pseudomonas fluorescence is mixed to a beam crosslinking polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-SbQ) solution is applied uniformly. After that, the PVA-SbQ is crosslinked by a fluorescein irradiation and is brought into contact with the metal electrode 1, a microbe membrane 2 is formed, and a microbe electrode 3 is prepared. A glucose sensor using it does not react with substrates other than glucose, thus indicating a high substrate specificity for glucose.
